We also cover the south bank areas around Barton, Scunthorpe, Grimsby etc.
With over 30 years experience in the property profession our director has worked with a variety of national companies and private domestic clients alike and is able to offer professional advice on all aspects of property related matters.

We have a vast experience in providing advice on the full range of commercial services such as; preparing schedules of condition, dilapidation claims, party wall act 1996 and pre-acquisition and due diligence reports.
We have worked on numerous construction projects working with and advising our clients from inception, design, project management and contract administration through to final completion and handover.
